Good Friday: How is yours?

Today is "Good Friday", which means that devout Christians will be going to church and those of us who are not so devout stay home and make Easter goodies with bunnies and eggs. We finished our gingerbread Easter Bunny house and are dyeing eggs. Mr. C's sister and her husband are coming this afternoon for coffee and cake. It is a rainy foggy day today which suits me just fine. I can clean the house without being fidgety about being out in the garden.

    I will be working, and then working some more today, and trying to stay out of the way of all the tourists in town for the Boston Marathon and Red Sox games. My car's in the shop (or, rather, Dad's got his hands on it) so I won't be venturing TOO far. Happy Easter, from another of the bunnie & eggs set!

    Cute house! If I could choose a house of worship, gingerbread would be it! The Chrurch of Sweets is one I'd love to join. Actually...I think I'm already a high preistess there.

    Working tonight and Saturday. And Sunday. And Monday. Not thrilled about that. No one, and I mean NO ONE EVER works 4 shifts in a row...too draining. Scheduling glitch thanks to my boss.

    And I've got that Spring cold coming on! I'm hoping I can fight through it without calling in sick because I'd need a doctor's note since it's a holiday!

    Oh, can I just quit and come over for coffee cake???

    That's so lovely! I'm amazed how people can do such things :)
    You know it was rainy and foggy over here too. My Mom says that it's typical weather of the Good Friday, the weather is always like this on this day.
