A Visit From St. Nick

Tuesday, December 27, 2005

Santa came and went again. His magic sprinkled everywhere. We basked in the glow, but it dims quickly. I got a new camera (thank you, Mr.C, you got the hints :). You will notice a drastic difference in the quality of my photographs. My two sons; the babes' first Christmas. I love you both, the first Christmas as a bigger family.
I thank you, blog friends, for all your Merry Christmas wishes. The collective warmth was felt. I especially want to thank Tim, who unbelievably, sent me a signed Rosie O'Donnell painting. Yellow wishes to you, my friend. Be safe in Miami.

    SkyeBlue;
    Thank you; it feels like you all are!

    Michelle;
    Nice to be back :)

    Heidi;
    I sometimes have to do this, too. I hope there are some sprinkle left as well...Yes, Mr.C. certainly did do well. I am very lucky. As for the painting. I think we should share it; perhaps we could each have it on alternating years....I haven't forgotten about the package! I'll e-mail you very very soon. Promise. And I'll explain the delay when I do. Thanks again for getting the info. for me.

    Starfish;
    Please don't wallow; although sometimes this gets out thoughts flowing.

    Christmas passes all too quickly, if you ask me. You blink and poof! it's over. Well done Mr. C!

    Oh he will love to read your comment! He wondered if I had posted that he had given me a new camera. His words: "How could I not get you a new camera when you had been talking about it to the whole world...if I didn't, I would have had to face them all." or something to that effect. This blog has been helpful in more ways than one!

    MissB:
    I feel the same way; blink, it's gone. I wish I could bottle Christmas and magically pull it out of the cupboard whenever necessary. I wish I could spread all the goodness around a little bit more. I hope your Christmas was good.

    Hurray for your new camera. The pictures are fabulous. I tried stealing a cookie, lol.

    Glad the family had a wonderful time. Glad your back too, you've been missed.
