He made it up? How old is he? Are you sure he didn't just read it off the can?
Angel;
I took you up on your suggestion. I contacted Campbells and sent them the story. I'll probably get some 10 cent off coupons. :)
Anhoni;
He's 4, and can't read yet. I am still wondering if he heard this somewhere, but he comes out with stuff like this rather often. Freaks me out sometimes.
Lois;
You heard it here first! ;)
there's a kid who knows his own good.
sweet!
and he is so right. my heart never feels good on an empty stomach.
he should be a dietician.
xx
Chloe;
A dietician or a marketing executive! Kids come up with the most interesting things to say!
Tomato soup makes me feel happy, too! Especially Campbell's Tomato Bisque, which is really hard to find, for some reason.
Happy tummies!
MissB;
Tomato Bisque; I've never had it; I'll have to go and see if we have it here in Canada. If we do, I'll mail you a case.
Just wonderful. I love when kids come up with these golden nuggets of prose.

"I'll have to go and see if we have it here in Canada."
Cathy do we ever have anything here?..lol nope. All the good stuff in the States.
Goodluck with Campbells :) ..I feel like soup tonight..It's freezing here. Brrrrr...
Dr.Deb;
Unfortunately not everything that somes out of his mouth is a golden nugget!
Heidi;
Yeah, I know; it will be a rare thing if we have something that is not easy to come by in the U.S.
Your son is correct, as usual.
My Mom always served tomato soup w/a grilled cheese sandwich after a hard day of playing in the snow. It's still one of my favorite winter meals.
I've always said "Happiness is a full fridge." I started saying that when I lived on my own and was making just enough to decide whether to pay the rent or eat for the next couple weeks.
Soups and stews... always good comfort food. I think I like your son.

What a nice saying. You should send that in to Campbells. It would make quite a commercial.
