Neo;
You are so right; and I'm the biggest sucker in the bunch :) The clock was a Christmas gift from him a few years ago.
I don't understand why flowers always cheers a girl up. I one time got into an awful fight with one of my best friends. She didn't, wouldn't speak, nor even look at me for days. Someone suggested I send her flowers--it did the trick. She forgave all my shortcomings.
First the Digital Cam for Christmas and now flowers..Cathy does Mr.C he have a twin brother?..lol
those are lovely! It's those little sweet gestures that help make the men we love so loveable.
Oh how beautiful! The "just because" flowers are always the best ones, aren't they? Hope you're feeling a bit less blue now. :-)
Connie;
Yes, he certainly is and flowers do it for me too.
Angel;
This is why; you made the effort to go out and buy them, they smell good, they spruce up a dreary room immediately, they are a constant in your face reminder of love, when friends come by you don't even have to show them, they will notice immediately and then you can say oh, yes, they were delivered to me by him, instant proof of his kindness and love, should I go on?...:)
SkyeBlue;
Yes, I thought so, too.
Heidi;
No, he has two godawful sisters, though. He got all the nice genes in the family. I wish he had a brother I could send your way, though!
Steve;
I am very lucky, and you will too. I know this because you are also sweet.
MissB;
You got it. Exactly.
Vani;
You need to hint to your man; a baby on the way bouquet is in order.
Chloe;
Thank you, sweetie.
Armaedes;
You crack me up. He makes lots of men look bad.
Christina;
I had an nice evening with my sisters family at my house and we ate fresh lobster. It was great and I am not a bit blue.
Michelle;
They do have a very strong smell. All the way to Australia, though. Wow!
Flowers for cheering up are ALWAYS the right answer. Mr. C is an excellent gift giver, given you as inspiration :)
awwww....shucks!!! thats mighty sweet n thoughful of him. :) lucky woman, you....:D
hope ur new year is spanking!! :D
I hate that you are feeling so blue, but what a beautiful arrangement of flowers.
Feel better, please.
My Blues moment was quick to pass. I was sad that Mr.C had to go back to work so soon after Christmas and I am here at home all week with a 4 year old and 6 month old and a little out of my skin. But now it's Friday, I've shared some great moments with my children this week, and am now looking forward to 4 days with everyone. Plus, I'm going shopping, which doesn't hurt the mood at all :)
Ahh, flowers. Number one in the "How to Cheer Someone Up" playbook. We should all take a cue.
