I had a wonderful Mother's Day. It began by sleeping in and then going to Halifax's version of Windows on the World for brunch. After stuffing ourselves completely, we headed to my favourite magazine shop. Back at home, I spent the afternoon gardening and then we had a bbq and played boardgames (yes, even the babe!) tonight. And after the kids are in bed, the Survivor Finale is on! What a wonderful day!

I hope yours was equally great!

    Today - got up late, faffed around for the morning, got new specs, mowed grass and had family over for a barbeque. All very tiring...

    What a wonderful day you had! Even though I'm not a mother yet, my husband still made me a nice dinner (which is especially sweet since he doesn't enjoy cooking). Other than that, just lounged around and enjoyed the day.
